Have you lost your focus?  Where the things that are important to you know just a part of your day?  Have you lost the drive that you once had?  Do you have that same feeling?  You know the feeling of , "WOW! I DID IT!"  Or have you become more like, "yeah, if it happens it happens."  Have we put aside what God has directed us to do?  Has it become a small part of our life?  Have we gotten to busy with other things?  Other people?  Have you lost yourself?  Or are you just trying to "find" yourself? 

Well let me tell you this, I LOST MY FOCUS!  I set it aside and started looking around for other things to focus on.  Doing this, and doing that.  Starting this, and not finishing that.  My focus became just a question people asked, and I answered with, "its good" or "I am fine" or "we will work on that."  Where did the "IT'S GREAT!" go.  Or the "LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT IT"!  Well, let me tell  you about it.  I want my focus back, and I found it!

The cool thing about my "FOCUS" was it was right there all along.  It was right behind me.  I just did not look that way.  I got to consumed with other things.  Thing that felt good at the time, or seemed more interesting. GOD DID NOT ASK ME TO BE MORE INTERESTING. He never promised that it would always be fun!  Like my focus, God is always there, even when I don't feel like he is.   In Joshua 1:5 it says "No one will be able to stand up against you all the days of your life. As I was with Moses, so I will be with you; I will never leave you nor forsake you."  God is right there.  There to help you with your focus.  There all the time.  Good and bad, happy or sad, he is there!  For that same reason it also says in Joshua 24:16 "Far be it from us to forsake the Lord and serve other Gods."  HE SHOULD ALWAYS BE OUR FOCUS!  When we get caught up in so many other things we forsake him making these things on Gods.

Thank you to the people who have helped me regain my focus. (Ron, Joe, Telli, Joe Brooks, Kyle, Dean, and many others.)  You may have not even known, but your words have been just what I needed. 

I hope that this in encouraging to you today.

So, have you ever wondered why?  I mean like, Why do we have to pay so much for popcorn at a movie?  Why do birds sit on power lines?  Why do people always assume the worst?  Why are there so many different kinds of cerels?  Why do we have to gain weight over the holiday, and vow to lose it before the next one?  Why do men have to have the remote?  Why must women read before going to bed?  Why do old people forget to turn off there turn signals?  Why do young guys have to speed off like they have to get to a fire everytime they leave?  Why does Toni live with Missy?  Why does Tori have blonde hair?  Why do I like, love the Cardinals?  Why is Luke such a good drummer?  Why do some people love you, and other hate you?  Why can't we have all the answers?

Why?  Why Not?
